Customers are typically product engineers, industrial designers, hardware startups, students and manufacturing teams who need functional prototypes or low-volume production parts faster than injection tooling allows. **Syntax3DLab doesn't offer SLA/resin printing, SLS, MJF or metal printing.** FDM only. If a project needs resin-grade surface finish or sub-0.1 mm features, we say so rather than overselling the process. ## Machines Two enclosed CoreXY FDM machines, both fitted with hardened steel nozzles so carbon-fiber composites print without destroying the hot end: **Bambu Lab P1S Combo** - Build volume: 256 × 256 × 256 mm - Layer heights: 0.08-0.28 mm - Dimensional tolerance: ±0.20 mm or ±0.3%, whichever is greater - AMS: 4 filament spools loaded simultaneously for multi-colour and multi-material parts - Fully enclosed and filtered: suited to ABS, ASA and PC - Best for: multi-colour parts, detail-critical small components, support-heavy internal geometry **Creality K1 Max** - Build volume: 300 × 300 × 300 mm (the largest single part we can print) - Layer heights: 0.10-0.35 mm - Dimensional tolerance: ±0.20 mm or ±0.3% - 300 °C hardened hotend; AI camera and LiDAR flow calibration - Speeds to 600 mm/s - Best for: large single-piece parts, batch runs plated together, high-temperature filaments Parts larger than 300 mm are printed in sections and bonded; the part splitting is handled as part of the CAD service. ## Services 1. **FDM 3D Printing**: functional parts, jigs, fixtures, housings. 2. **Multi-Material & Multi-Colour Printing**: up to 4 filaments in a single part on the P1S AMS. PLA-CF and PA-CF are abrasive and run on hardened nozzles. ## Pricing (Indian rupees) Pricing is transparent and computed from a published model rather than quoted opaquely. Inputs: material volume, machine time, finish quality, setup, quantity and turnaround. - Typical prototype parts: **₹350 to ₹2,800**, roughly **₹8-18 per gram** of finished part. Larger parts trend toward ₹8-13/gram as the flat setup cost amortises; small parts sit at the top of the band. - **Order minimum: ₹350.** - Volume discounts: 5% at 5 parts, 8% at 10, 12% at 25, 15% at 50, 18% at 100+. - Turnaround multipliers: standard 1.00x (4-5 business days), expedited 1.30x (2 business days), rush 1.70x (24 hours). - Finishing: draft ₹20, standard ₹60, fine ₹130, showpiece ₹300 per part. - Multi-material AMS jobs cost more because each filament change purges the nozzle: roughly +45% material and +35% machine time. - Quoted prices cover printing and basic post-processing. STL volume and bounding box are measured client-side in the browser, so customer geometry is never uploaded to obtain a price. ## Accepted file formats STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP, STP. Maximum 64 MB. STL files are measured automatically in the browser; other formats are measured by an engineer, who confirms pricing within one business day. ## Ordering process 1.
