Eight steps from file to courier. Four of them cost you nothing and carry no obligation, which is most of what people want to know before they start.
Upload an STL to the estimator and it measures the real geometry in your browser. Your file is not uploaded to produce a price. Choose machine, material, infill, finish and quantity and the number updates live, with the cost broken out line by line.
No account, no email address, no sales call. If you do not have a file yet, pick a size tier for a realistic range.
Submitting sends us your configuration and your file. Nothing is charged and you are not committed to anything. You get a reference number immediately.
Prefer to talk first? WhatsApp or email works just as well. We do not mind which.
A person opens your file and looks at it. We check wall thicknesses against the nozzle, look for overhangs that will need support, check holes that will come out undersized, confirm it fits the build envelope, and decide the orientation that puts the layer lines across the load rather than along it.
If something will not work, we tell you now. If a cheaper material would do the job, we say that too. This review is free whether or not you order.
You get the final figure, the lead time, and anything we would change about the design. If the estimator was close, the number barely moves. If your geometry needs support or splitting, we explain why it differs.
Quotes are valid 30 days. You are still not committed at this point.
This is the commitment point, and the first time money changes hands. First orders are payable in advance; repeat customers can work on account. UPI, bank transfer, card or purchase order.
You can still change or cancel free of charge right up until the job is scheduled onto a machine.
Your job is sliced by hand for its specific geometry, not dropped onto a generic preset, then scheduled onto whichever cell suits it. Both machines are enclosed and camera-monitored. Nylon and composites are dried before the run.
Rush service turns this in 24 hours at 1.7×, subject to machine availability.
Supports come off, edges are deburred, and at higher finish levels the part is sanded and primed. Every part is measured against your source model and photographed for the record.
On production batches, the first article is measured before the rest of the run proceeds.
Dispatched by courier from the lab with tracking. Next day within Pune, Ahilyanagar and Nashik. Local pickup by appointment if you would rather collect.
If it arrives damaged, photograph it before unpacking further and tell us within 48 hours. We reprint and deal with the courier ourselves.
You can get a price, send a file, have an engineer review it and receive a firm quote without spending anything or committing to anything. Money only changes hands at step five, and you can still cancel free until the job reaches a machine.
