3D Printing for Education & Research

Custom apparatus that no supplier sells, teaching models students can handle, and one-off lab fixtures built to a specification only you've, without a machine shop or a purchase order cycle.

The problem you are actually solving

Research generates one-off requirements by definition. The fixture that holds your specific sample at your specific angle doesn't exist as a catalogue item, and never will.

The usual routes are both bad: a machine shop quote that eats a large part of a grant and takes weeks, or a graduate student improvising with laboratory clamps and tape.

Teaching has the same problem at a different scale: a model that makes a concept click is worth far more than a diagram, but only if a department can afford thirty of them.

What we make for education & research

Indicative prices from our published rates. Every figure is what the estimator would quote for a representative part, configure your own for an exact number.

  • Lab fixtures and sample holders

Instant price in rupees, or a formal quote for a purchase order

  4. 4

Single fixtures from ₹350, class sets with volume discounts

  5. 5

The questions education & research customers actually ask

  • We've no CAD and no one who can model it.

Bring a sketch, a photograph with a ruler in frame, or the broken original. Our design service produces manufacturing-ready CAD from any of those, and you own the resulting files outright, including the STEP file, so you can modify it yourself later.

  • Is it chemically resistant enough for lab use?

PETG resists water and most common laboratory solvents and cleaning agents well. It isn't resistant to everything, strong solvents will attack it. Tell us what the part will contact and we'll advise, or tell you when no filament we stock is appropriate.

  • Can you work within a departmental budget and purchase order?

Yes. We accept purchase orders alongside UPI, bank transfer and card. The ₹350 order minimum is low enough for single fixtures, and the published volume discounts mean a class set of thirty is affordable.
