Our actual rates, published
Most bureaus make you send a file and wait for a number. Here is the whole rate card instead. These are the same figures the instant estimator runs on, generated from the same source, so nothing here can drift out of date.

How a price is built
Four components. Understanding them is the whole game, because each one responds to a different design decision.
- 1
Material. The plastic in your part, plus what goes to supports and purge. Priced per cm³ of deposited material, which depends on your infill.
- 2
Machine time. Hours on the plate. A tall, detailed part can cost more in machine time than in plastic.
- 3
Setup. Slicing, plate prep, first-layer check and inspection. Charged once per job, not per part, which is why batching is the biggest saving available.
- 4
Finishing. Support removal, deburring, and sanding or priming if you ask for it.
The full reasoning, with worked arithmetic, is in our guide to what 3D printing costs in India.
Material rates
Charged per cm³ of material actually deposited, not per cm³ of your model. At 25% infill a part is roughly 43% solid once perimeters and skins are counted, so you pay for far less than the bounding volume.
| Material | Per cm³ | Approx. per gram | Service temp | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PLA | ₹5.5 | ₹4.4 | 55 °C | Lowest cost per gram |
| PETG | ₹8 | ₹6.3 | 75 °C | Good impact strength |
| ABS | ₹8 | ₹7.7 | 85 °C | Acetone smoothable |
| ASA | ₹10 | ₹9.3 | 90 °C | UV & weather stable |
| TPU 95A | ₹12 | ₹9.9 | 80 °C | Shore 95A flexibility |
| PLA-CF | ₹12 | ₹9.8 | 60 °C | Very rigid |
| PA-CF (PAHT-CF) | ₹16 | ₹14.2 | 120 °C | Highest strength on offer |
| PC | ₹14 | ₹11.7 | 110 °C | Outstanding impact strength |
Not sure which you need? The material selector asks four questions and tells you, including when the cheapest option is the right one.
Machine time and setup
| Cell | Per hour | Setup per job | Build volume |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bambu Lab P1S Combo | ₹150 | ₹150 | 256 × 256 × 256 mm |
| Creality K1 Max | ₹165 | ₹175 | 300 × 300 × 300 mm |
Setup is charged once per job. Order ten of something and it splits ten ways.
Finish levels
| Finish | Per part | Machine time | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Draft | ₹20 | 0.7× | 0.28 mm layers. Fastest and cheapest, geometry checks and mock-ups. |
| Standard | ₹60 | 1× | 0.20 mm layers, supports removed and edges deburred by hand. |
| Fine | ₹130 | 1.55× | 0.12 mm layers with full support-witness cleanup on visible faces. |
| Showpiece | ₹300 | 2.3× | 0.08 mm layers, sanded to 400 grit, primed and ready for paint. |
Finer layers cost twice: the fee, and the machine-time multiplier. Showpiece finish is not ₹300 more, it is ₹300 plus 2.3× the machine time.

Rush is subject to machine availability. Planning a week ahead is the cheapest optimisation available, and it is free.
Multi-colour and multi-material
Every filament change purges the nozzle, which costs both material and time. A multi-colour job carries roughly +45% material and +35% machine time. Cost scales with the number of colour changes, not colours, so grouping colours by height drops the price sharply.
What real parts cost
Generated by the same engine the estimator uses, so these are not illustrations. They are what you would actually be quoted.
| Part | Weight | Print time | Per gram | Total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Keychain or small clipPLA, 20% infill, draft finish | 2.9 g | 0.1 h | ₹120 | ₹350 |
| Palm-sized bracketPETG, 25% infill, standard finish | 17.5 g | 0.5 h | ₹23 | ₹399 |
| Electronics enclosurePETG, 20% infill, standard finish | 44.8 g | 1.4 h | ₹16 | ₹696 |
| Outdoor sensor housingASA, 30% infill, standard finish | 125.2 g | 4.6 h | ₹17 | ₹2,162 |
| Structural bracketPA-CF, 40% infill, fine finish | 67.6 g | 4.1 h | ₹29 | ₹1,943 |
| Production batch, 25 unitsPETG, 25% infill, standard finish | 436.9 g | 11.5 h | ₹13 | ₹5,561 |
Notice the per-gram column falls as parts get bigger. That is the flat setup fee amortising, not a discount. Small parts are always expensive per gram, at every bureau.
Design and CAD work
Quoted separately from printing, because plenty of jobs arrive as a broken part or a sketch rather than a file. We publish these rates because the customers who need them most tend to assume the number is enormous and never ask.
| Service | Typical range | Turnaround |
|---|---|---|
| Reverse engineering from a sampleWe measure your part with calipers and thread gauges and rebuild it as proper CAD. | ₹1,500 to ₹4,000 | 2-3 business days |
| Jig and fixture designDesigned around your operation from a photo of the bench and the part being held. | ₹2,500 to ₹8,000 | 3-5 business days |
| Sketch or description to CADA hand sketch with dimensions becomes a manufacturing-ready model. | ₹2,000 to ₹6,000 | 3-5 business days |
| File repair and DfAM fixesNon-manifold meshes, thin walls, missing thickness. Charged only if it is a rebuild. | Free with an order | Same day |
You own everything we produce, including the editable STEP file. The exact figure is agreed before we start, never after. If you are arriving without a file, the no-CAD route explains how it works.
